Graston Therapy

The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy that uses stainless steel tools to perform muscle mobilizations It is a kind of soft tissue mobilization used mainly to manage cumulative trauma and chronic disorders. An effective therapy for a variety of painful conditions and injuries, and beneficial in treating the root cause of many health related problems.

With poor body posture, there is a tendency to develop unhealthy adhesions in the musculo-skeletal and related connective tissues that are very soft in nature. Proper treatment is often necessary to reduce pain associated with adhesions, and Graston Technique can reduce the symptoms significantly.

We have a highly skilled team of chiropractors, osteopathic physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and some licensed massage therapists and athletic trainers. They carry out a thorough assessment, devise a treatment plan and aim to reduce the condition and gradually curing it permanently.

The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.
