We will start with identifying the cause of the problem, not only the symptoms. We can then design a tailor-made treatment plan that will help you recover in the shortest period of time, so you can get back to enjoying your life to the fullest.
Vestibular Rehabilitation is a technique which is totally based on the exercise. It is used for the treatment of dizziness and balance problems. After careful assessment and identification of the factors triggering the dizziness, we carry some appropriate techniques to reduce the current symptoms and design an exercise program for the patients.
Vestibular rehab mainly aims to cure problems like vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbance, and/or imbalance, nausea and/or vomiting, reduced ability to focus or concentrate, and fatigue. It is an exercise-based program primarily designed to reduce these conditions and help improve quality of life.
Our vestibular rehab specialists take a comprehensive assessment that includes collecting a detailed history of the patient’s symptoms and how these symptoms affect their daily activities. Additionally, they will take information about your medications, hearing or vision problems, other medical issues, history of falls, previous and current activity level. A customized exercise plan is developed to help gradually reduce the symptoms.
